Shipping information original art
We pack our artworks with care. Works available in the studio will be shipped within 7 days.
Works that are part of an ongoing exhibition will be sent after the end of the same (see relevant information in the product description).
We always ship with Swiss Post.
If a special courier service has to be commissioned for larger works, you will be informed in advance.
Our standard delivery within Switzerland is free.
We ship canvases and small works flat in a cardboard envelope.
Larger works on paper are shipped rolled.
If the work arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours with a picture of the damaged item.
Deliveries outside of Switzerland may include additional costs or taxes (e.g. customs duties) for which we are not responsible and which you must pay directly to the relevant authorities.

All Fine Art Prints are printed on demand in the EU, UK or USA depending on your location.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery. You will be notified as soon as your product is shipped.

Depending on the choice of your product and your location, our accessories are produced by a service provider in the EU, UK or USA.
There are therefore shipping costs for all accessories, which can be seen at checkout.
